Hi, I’m Luke MacMillan. I have a Master’s in Biomechanics and Performance Science and am a Clinical Exercise Physiologist. I’m also certified in Strength & Conditioning at the highest level, Nutrition, Performance Enhancement, and Corrective Exercise.
I’ve trained everyone from elite athletes to post-rehab clients, tactical professionals, corporate executives, and everyday individuals looking to overcome pain, build strength, or push performance limits. My coaching spans high-performance sport, chronic disease, injury recovery, and everything in between.. grounded in science, individualized to the person, and results-driven every time.

I require a minimum sign up of 3 months, and have various customizable packages that will fit your timeline.

Nope. You can have no access to equipment, or access to a state of the art gym - I can work with any set-up.

The app has places to post your videos directly to me while completing exercises so that I can give biomechanical recomendations. We also can hop on a video chat whenever you need to address proper technique.

Yes - as a certified nutritionist, I can provide nutritional coaching while considering any dietary restriction, or particular eating style.
